I don't really know the story, and for that this is just my opinion and not to be prejudice against anyone.
I have raced against Adnan for a couple of years now and I will be honest in saying I don't think he is the sort of racer to cause problems, if I am honest he has always been fine with me and other members of Mrc.
I think maybe a kick first then a 24 hour ban would be a fairer punishment?
However not to undermine you in anyway shape or form there Samix. 
Just think we need good racers around, and tbh he is a good driver, and usually of sporting conduct.
Hope this issue can be sorted amicably
