| is there any particular member who could speak on your behalf as requirements are the first part of the hurdle when applying for the team as there is much more to a person
thank you
MRc bish
EDIT : Straight away while looking through replays and chat logs I found an instance where you race unfairly by turning side to side to block a racer from overtaking and then attempt to use the reason of warming your tyres even though its lap 3 and you have optimal temp on your tyres. If there are more instances like this I have yet to see but will let it be known here
thank you for your patience

| I'm not so sure if I want to join anymore then really. The part about warming my tyres is obviously a joke that everybody should get... And I wasn't blocking the guy behind me, I was just doing slight gliding so he wouldn't get a perfect slipstream from my car. I'm a fair driver, but not dead serious about the game.
Besides, there are drivers way more dangerous than me already in the team.

| il post the replay which clearly shows you blocking him by moving side to side. he did not need slipstream as he had already gained enough speed to overtake . If you have noticed any member driving unfairly then we always ask that we are informed so we can look into it

incident time approx. 2:55.79 What, there? ... I was just holding the inside line, perfectly normal, he had no business pushing there. I'm fairly sure he was talking about the long straight afterwards too. EDIT: Yeah after watching it from his perspective I can see your point..

| please how can you say that when the replay clearly shows that you move to block the pass and he was talking about this incident
he went to go on the inside so you block and are then on the inside lane so he goes to move to the outside then you swerve/turn to the outside

| Here's how that was played out in my head:
I mess up the last corner totally, that's very unlike me.
He gets good speed and slipstream so I assume he's going to try to overtake me, so I go on the inside. I see he's trying to pass me from the outside so I try to normalize my driving line. Then I see him try to push back inside line so I cover it up when he ends up hitting me.
Perhaps I was in the wrong here, but it was purely instinct and not meant to be menacing. Now looking at it afterwards I see that maybe I should have said sorry after that. But in no way is that a bad action when compared to other crashes/blocks that happen every race.

| we use a rule of no blocking and that you can change your line once on the approach as too stop cases off blocking which usually ruins one or more races for others
Don't take this as a knockback with your application as we all make mistakes sometimes and I have yet to find any other such incidents I will continue to check any available resources and if nothing else arises then aslong as no members have good reason to object then I could see no reason why I couldn't accept your application with an agreement that racing must be kept clean
check back later on tonight and I should have finished my checks and can give answer
thanks for your patience and speak soon

| I have raced a few times with Kode....
Only thing dude, I do find you are slightly lacking in good decision making on the track when you're against someone as fast, or faster than you, like me. I only speak from experiences I had with you. You said it yourself above, "how it played out in my head..", tells us something. I consider 85% safety a reflection of that. To me, most of the good, what I consider, CLEAN racers hold 93-98%, which is not that easy sometimes to maintain. I believe a Limad should maintain at least mid 90's. Only my opinion.
You are good racer, fast times, but racing is more than that too.
Bish, I say all this but believe he could still become a good team member. Your call.

| Safety rating is not a true reflection of your driving skills. If you guys want to, I can easily get it up to 90% +... There are MRc members already with the rating under 80%, and that doesn't say they are bad drivers. | |

I agree that we should be on the 90 % +

| Good man Kode.... Don't get me wrong... I never said your safety rating means you're not good driver.... I actually said the opposite of that at the end of my post. I only stated that, to me 85% was a little low, meaning collisions happen more with you if your rating is this low. And I also experienced races with you where you made some bad choices with me, so I do not only speak based on your safety rating! I also have little collisions here and there yet I can keep my rating in mid 90's. I can't even remember the last time I was in the 80's. Also, I DO believe at our level, the safety rating you hold DOES reflect on your decision making in races!! I take pride in having a good safety rating. Again... being fast does not = good decision making. Need both. I speak from experience in LFS AND on real track!!! Like I said before, I have raced many fast guys that want to win so bad that it causes them to make bad choices just trying to get passed you and cause accidents instead of pacing and placing themselves for better overtaking opportunity. Or they seem only worried about getting a hot lap. One thing I can't stand is someone who keeps hitting me and causing MY safety rating to go down because they have no patience and bad judgment.
This is what MRc is about... good, fast, respectful racing.... trying to keep it that way that's all. I'm sure you can handle it dude.

| If you race full races with 12 players and most of them people who just joined and haven't found the brakes yet, you're bound to be in some crashes that aren't your fault.
I'm sick of people who justify themselves being slow in the fact they tell themselves they're clean and good RACERS, not just drivers. The learning curve for both being fast and being clean go hand in hand. If you're fast, you're most likely also a clean driver. It's ridiculous that you dare to question my decision making while I don't even remember racing against you.
If you take pride in your retarded safety rating, you'll probably do your best to keep it high and know the tricks to do it. It doesn't say anything about your decision making or actual racing ability.
Maybe my rating was low because I warm my tyres, because I drive full races with noobs, because I push for personal bests and cut corners? Noo it must be because I ram into other people on purpouse, or because I lack the brain to make rational decisions.

| WOW!!!!! I don't understand??? What's the problem?? Who said you lack brains??? I said you were a good racer since the start!?!?!? Put words in my mouth?? Don't appreciate that guy. So if I take pride in the safety rating, I am retarded?? Even the others here say same thing as me about safety rating. For me, this 'IS' the better judge for attitude on the track than speed!!! Also, as of now... "I" was the first one who said we should let you join in my first posting, so WTF???? You obviously cannot handle someone simply explaining their experience with you which is EXACTLY what Bish was looking for. And the fact is, I rarely forget who I race with when there are bad experiences. Lol... I didn't "DARE" question your decision making!! I absolutely remember racing you, multiple times, and you pulling bad moves on me and causing contact, not by accident, maybe was bad days or whatever but you also did not acknowledge what you did sometimes too, and more than once! Not to mention Bish putting up a bunch of replays of you doing just that!!....Geez... now i'm not so sure, because you seem to have the need to justify and argue instead of taking it as advice!! Buddy... I was racing real cars on the track since I was your age, I've taken formula schools. You think I never raced with 12 noobs before????? You think i never warmed my tires?? Still in the 90's safety!!! Not a good way to get votes for joining a team I think. I only explained what "I" thought an MRc Limad should should represent. I even gave you props for raising your safety. I was actually kinda thinking you would respond with "I will try to represent the team as best I can" or " I'll do my best" or something like that, especially seeing how "I" said to Bish earlier that I think we should let you join. No? The nerve. Relax dude. And you SHOULD take pride in any of your stats if you're serious about it. Also, I find the ratings help to make better kick/ban judgment calls on other possible fast racer trouble makers. Fast times does not mean good racer!! Even fast racers gotta be watched sometimes.
Remember.... I voted to let you on team in the first place. Uhhh.. and I AM a Limad here. I find it a little confusing how you chose to respond, especially on your 'join application'.
Unbelievable. | |

| allgonosho.. u drive in real but in lfs u stay behind!! hahaha i love you allgo.. i joke np: kode.. stop spamming ramming crying fapping etc.. wait decision of bish.. he check replays and others.. Ps : we all run on Formula BMW , and we all run with the room full of beginners , quinidi the probability of accidents is the same for everyone. A good safe driver who is unable to avoid the accident , understanding who will go long before you start to brake.
And surely allgonosho has every reason to evaluate a driver also from safetyrate , and there were a lot of fast drivers with an abominable behavior on the track ( that is not your case )
^ _ ^ Happy im the Prophet

| sorry for the long delay in my reply. My only concern is your attitude or choice of words you use, I can understand being frustrated but we always should compose ourselves well.
Seing as MRc Budz has driven with you and given a yes and previously profeita had given a yes I will honour this and accept you into the team . I will offer some advice/request and that is to race fair and not let your frustration get to you. The main thing that we pride ourselves with here at MRc is we are all not just friends but more like a family. we have each others back and look after each other I myself do not like it when I have been criticised but sometimes it is meant in a constructive way as advice or information(which profeita was trying to do) and is not meant as a form of attack
All members are monitored as often as possible but I hope that things go smoothly for you and all stays good
Please give me 30-60 minutes to add you details to our database so you can use the tag
Welcome to the team | |
