RE:POST- HAPPENS AGAIN

ORIGINAL COMPLAINT

I need explain what happens tonight (but this is not the only one time happened)
our server was empty
after a lot of time players are coming
all ok
no problem all guys are ok and all have fun
Jati (Jatimc) joined the server and started m with his dictatorial system
He start races when he like
He forces you to choose which car you drive
He sets AUTORESTART for too much seconds without reason only for his pleasure
and players wait without can do nothing
Jati is 1stBFA member and he is good racer but bad admin
I sent 3 times suggestion to him:
-Stop please with your limad abuse
-Here all cars are unlock so players can choose everycar
-Ask but don't kick anyone
I drived some cars ( some slow cars) and guys drived some different cars too but.... surprise......
when I drived BF1 and at last lap he spec me
like a noob
Many players there and have seen it all (OUTLOW was there too)
I saved the replay of all sad question
He ignore me and have no respect around my messages
Was I too much stupid or I must find justice?
He laughed at me and
I think this is not right around me
I ask now:
Remove the limad level 3 at this guy please
He isn't member he did wrong actions many times he is not good limad for our server
I can show replay to everyone if you ask me
This is my request, simple, direct and absolutely honest and justified
If all you guys will have care of me I will be very happy
I can not do anything without your help

the times when jati says fzr or kick and fzr oro kick ya ass.. plain jokes as no-one is kicked by jati

The times when jati does a timed restart is when hes asked for setups so it is fair to do a !re 10

Any race restarts are done on the 1st lap when a number of cars crashed in the race- fair to restart


read through this then look through the log file with an open mind and see how much is untrue

With my hand on my heart i swear that after reading the log proper the only time jati abused his limad was when spectating star-man- but i would say that after numerous accusation of limad abuse it could of provoke this into happening - there are more people that speak so well of jati and could confirm jati is not someone that abuse power or racers

Its always better to be honest from the beguinning,even though this doesnt change the fact that jati spectated you,it helps build a picture that bit more

evryone is different i try to adapt to each
with many is good feeling with other happens no good feeling

I take that as disrespectful by telling a supad or infact it be any member that there question is not important and a bad question - my question has a lot of relevance to show if someone has a motive or not to cause or iritate others-
If i kept quiet and did not point out something that i know is lies then i would not deserve to be a supad or admin - I dont care if a member of public or a team member is to blame for an incident as i always treat both exactly the same as its the honest way.

** My purpose for pointing all this out is that jati had not abused limad powers at all until spectating star-man which star-man had accused him so many times before so most of us would take that as try to wind someone up....

Its because the limad lost is rights for doing something which was as i admit fairly bad - but the picture that was painted was largely wrong - also when dealing with an incident between 2 people to be able to make a fair decision and to paint a picture the truth must be told from the start- ive pointed out here many mistakes with the complaint and then shown what has led me to beileve this - then finally i wanted him to correct his post as he said hes not had anything bad with the limad in question - which i know is wrong as as i was brought into there arguement before mrc = all i got in the reply to question was that my question is a bad one and not important- which any question by a supad that is relevant to the matter is important and not a bad one-and with him implying what he did showed a lack of respect

He ask if i want him leave the team- my answer is that i wanted him to answer what i said about they had fell out before and that also the so-called first accusations of "limad abuse " were wrong

Ok its sad that youve chosen to do this instead of answering what i ask- my question had not trick or such and was asked just to straighten out what was original said- in my post i did say that what jati had done at the end was wrong i was only pointing out this was all that he done wrong which was bad.

If this is your choice i then i respect it but that doesnt mean i agree that the choice was the right one

StarMan is out of team. He removed himself from MRc group, so. Work is done.

I think tomtom is right of a grain of sand becomes a mountain, it saddens me that for these reasons we lose good riders/brothers, but that's life, I hope also that others learn from this, and I hope they fix some day.

There was quite big investigation on background of all this posts too and Starman wasnt blame for something what never happened or so.
His team leave is also reasonable.

the only person who made it such a big problem was the one not telling the story correct at the start he chose to take that path and the lesson would be to be trueful from the start
,i asked for him to rectify where he put wrong but instead he chose to leave team,
I ivestigate every incident the same and you will not find one time ive been wrong and most of the time it took a lot of searching to find the truth in some.

you are very strange - i just dont like liars and i asked you to change that - a normal decent thinking person would change it and be trueful even though it wouldnt change the outcome it wouldve given you a chance to not lie to the supads that dealt with it, instead you run - why that mad

it took all that time but the O.P understod the reason why and its good to talk - it feel different for you due to being new here - cant see whats wrong in long post - we are a big team with many user = loads of opinion and questions- best thing to do if dont like big post is dont read them especially mine because they are big

listen I'm not bad guy or child listen: He has said several times this : "All in FZR or kick"
so...he don't restart for all crash at start only if his friend are in crash ( his friends are = virgie,shackal,frog etc..etc...always the same guys), after this is not a rule to use the same car for all guys perhaps sometimes all players agree but is courtesy to join the race with the same car,should not be a diktat...
I'm really sad about this question, I promise to me "...no more question in Mrc" but this for me is too much
