Hi guys,

I just had a race with Xpass.. wouldn't let me pass without hitting me (I passed him 3 times in the race.. hit me everytime).. at the end of the race he complained to Martin and immediately I got a ban (?!). Without any replay check from the admin ?! I guess they're friends..

Anyway I have the replay, just check it from last turn of lap 2 to the end of the race. Thanks

Many can attest I'm a clean passer and that's the first time I get banned on MRC.

First of all, i'm not going to judge another mrc member, i'm just going to ensure i'm doeing well my job.

I saw in the replay that he was latebraking and pushing you after you did overtake him , also he was pushing you to a side in some corners just to get the inside lane and overtake you so ( again ) .

As he's clearly disrespecting the rules of clean driving and racing within our server i've banned him 12h again as a "Second Warning" as he got banned for the same reasons some days ago.

In the case he keeps blocking or crashing after the ban has expired , please pm me here or post here again a thread linking to the replay.

[MRc] Martin banned you 12h , not sure what's the reason.

Cause Xpass complained to him.. I crashed Xpass on the finish line because he had me on nerves..

If the ban was after the race was finished, i don't see the point on banning you , since everyone does that.

so xpass not only complaining but also wrecking now aswell.....
