Need some help from MRc members. On replay you can see race incident between Jessica and me (replay time stamp: 1:20 http://www.speedyshare.com/PC6Kv/kuku-lele.mpr).
Jessica thinks I made illegal move by closing her. I disagree, I think I made clean overtake by the book.
Only thing that happened was she made contact with my rear left tire causing my fbm stop turning to the right. That's why it looks like I was closing her.

All I need is confirm from MRc fbm racer(s) that I was doing nothing wrong.

Sincerely yours, exzibit

Jess and me agreed that you need to judge about this because our opinions are opposite. I can't believe no one wants to comment this. It's not that I want to accuse Jess for anything. Just want to make clear on this one so please watch this replay and tell what you think about it.

It would have been a clean overtake if you hadn't gone wide. But that Jessica touched your rearwheel made it worse. Just simply an accident

In my opinion you went there a bit wide but you handled your car well to have enough space on the left. Jessica touched your wheel which caused the "door closing". So there was no mistake from you and I think you didn't deserve penalty for that... That's my opinion.

No, you didn't deserve a penalty. But admins do make mistakes, so I'm not going to blame anyone.

As I wrote in my 2nd post i don't want to blame anyone. I just came to convince Jesss that it was not done on purpose and that I didn't deserve any penalty. I'm not angry at her or anything else. Admins are humans and humans make mistake. Jessica and me agreed that we need others opinions on this and now we have.

Thanks for your help, see you on track

im going to take the time towards the end of the month of go through the log file before its restarted and check bans randomly and replays that accompany them. I think it should be something we do anyway. kind of like a quality control check
