Dav intentionally ramming / trying to block a pass

I was racing 10 minutes ago on the On the Mrc formula server, a racer called ' Dav ' was intentionally trying to block me when i tryed to overtake him on the straight, i got past him, and he turned over and hit the rear end of my car, so i got off the road, he continued to drive like nothing happened.
