Bad name and kick/ban

Hey.

I have a little problem. I have just joined with [MRc]. Today I changed my name to [MRc] Kromosoom and it was okay, I was playing @[MRc] server and everything was fine. But now, 1min ago I got kicked many times from [MRc] server for "Bad name" ! I changed my name to "Kromosoom" and joined with the server and then changed back to "[MRc] Kromosoom", but I got kicked again and now I'm banned for 12h for getting kicked so much :S Any help ?
