Crashing off the starts, speeding into turn 1, the usual stuff. Using crash hack to not get hit

Off the start, rams me off, goes to hit people off in turn 1
Couldn't get past him because he kept trying to crash me and others off
At the back straight, (Yes I know I did this, just to check) crashed into him to confirm he's using crash hack. I stop on the spot. Yup, he doesn't spin out or even slide, takes damage, then 10 seconds later uses damage hack to "repair his car" entering turn 6.
Seen him around very often, has multiple accounts like tyunney66 in the other post.
Would like for IP ban....
