Multiaccount crasher

LFS Username : User-Name (Multiple accounts, his ingame name usually goes "Neko")
Crashing by waiting at straights, etc...

Crashes off at backstraight on last lap, leaves.
Vote ban hasn't been working because he either leaves before getting banned, or gets banned and makes a new account.

Hoping for another IP ban, hackers/crashers come in the dozens at this timing.

(Off topic, can Airlo incoorperate VAC into its servers?)
