I am disapoited and angry (Chris)

Hello fellas,

I never had an issue like this, but i would like to complain about bullying attitude in this server.

This is the story: 
A driver (Majtek.PL.) kept restarting on the server at about 15:40 pm today... one of those times i was leading him and about to close the first lap when he restarted (we were alone in the race at that time). Now that is an instantaneous race restart... that really pissed me off. Then, when he was on the lead alone, he didnt... curious!
So, to make a point to that racer (Majtek.PL.), i also restarted two times to make him understand that that was not right, to make him feel what i felt. When i asked him why he did restarted, he answered me "because i can". This attitude is NOT expected from a fast racer in this server. I always come to MRc servers to enjoy myself and race fairly and not to take this kind of childish attitude.
I never restart to destroy other people´s race and with the attitude "becaise i can".

The real problem was when this "Chris" guy who i raced many times before, start giving me orders to stop chatting. When i asked him why, he kicked me. Now i dont know if he is admin, but if he is, he should NOT have that kind of behaviour and power. I re-joined the server to tell him he doesnt give me orders, nor i wiill take this kind of abusive power. He then called me ridiculous.

I am furious right now and just want to report this kind of behaviour from both these drivers, they are completly unnaceptable an i do expect someone talks to them. This server can NOT tolerate bullying attitude.

I am 35 years old and i will not permit you to call me kid! You kicked me after i asked why to stop chatting! You didnt kick me for restarting the race! Stop distorting what happen!
it wasnt your business, i was talking to the other driver! So if you indeed kicked me for restarting the race, why didnt you kick and warned the other driver also? You are being childish and imature and you lack logic! You dont diserve to be an admin!
Kicking other person because he restarted a race??? Kicking a person for not stop chatting normally just because you ordered to?

Unfortunally i dont, because when you get kicked or a race restarts, you cant save the replay anymore.

You know me, im a fair driver and friendly to everyone. But what i wont tolerate is lack of respect towards my person and this Chris person jumped to a discussion that was not his, i was not being insulting towards Majtek.PL. and nobody was racing at the time in the server.
Telling me an order to stop chatting when i was chating normaly and trying to solve the matter peacefully to the other driver and then kicking me just because i asked why is a total abuse of power and i dont get why this Chris acted so agressivaly towards me. Calling me ridiculous taked the cake. See the logs. For what i understand, you cant insult others in the server and that is what Chris did. Plus, he called me a kid in here (forum) and i wont tolerate such agressive behaviour. He is stepping the line and like i said before, i am 35 years old and wont permit people calling me a kid.

I really would like to someone to talk to this Chris guy, before this escalates and i hope an apology from him. His speach lacks logic, as he wrote he kicked me for restarting a race when the other driver did it lots of times unnecessary and responded me when i asked why "because i can". 

I expect total professionalism and serious judgement on MRc Members and this kind of abuse and bully can not be tolerated in such a respected racing team.

Im sorry to say but this all seems to have stated because Chris was not using the [MRc] tag. I have contacted him by pm about using the tag.

Your kick should not off happened as Chris should have had the MRc tag from the start & I don't think the conversation would have gone as far as it did.

Although I do think the kick was over the top just for asking the question.

That is right, i didnt notice Sainz was on the server, i should had payed more attention.

I did restarted also to make a point... if i noticed Sainz was there, i wount have restarted to make that point. Whenever i see a MRc tag, i will promptly talk to that member.
Also, maybe i overreacted by restarting, but my thought was that restarting on the server with only one person racing that did the same was not being malicious, as i wasnt destroying anyobody´s race (only the first offender).
You know me, i am not malicious and i never restart races just because someone is in front of me and i dont like how the racing positions are...  i tried to talk to the other driver about it (yeah, i was a bit out of line with the first line), but it doesnt have logic an admin without an MRc tag to get involved and give orders witout esplaining themselves. Admin have to be fair to be respected, AllshoNoGo already had that issue with me and i respected him and i stop chating. Until today, were are good friends and have fun racing together.

What i cant agree on is Chris attitude, telling me to stop chatting without an explanation and calling me ridiculous afterwards. He could at least talked to me like a grown up, explaining me the all situation instead of kicking me and calling me names. Its not my fault if he doesnt have english skills to speak to others live on the chat. This should be a priority standard to be an admin in this server, to diffuse situations and not letting them escalate.

I am waiting for an apology from him, because if he doesnt, he cant expect me to respect him afterwards. Respect to be respected.
Chris is an admin and he carries MRc name, so he should be a calmer person and not insult other racers, it gives this racing team and server a bad name.

As for me, i only have to thank you for your all your help and your time resolving this matter.

sorry i had not seen this post earlier, i think an official warning for both chris and for Matejko•PL. 

For chris to totally ignore Matejko•PL ruin the race and then take action against someone else for doing the same is not fair, i can only imagine how frustrating it must of been for paulo

Thank you for understanding, i wasnt trying to cause problems, only wanted to understand why Matejko kept restarting, ruining everybody´s races, as i know he is a very fast driver. Also, if i knew Chris was from MRc, as our good old Simon pointed out, i would have made things differently and would have talked to him like the good rules of MRc state, to talk to an admin on a situation like this.

Furthermore, i believe MRc members with admin powers should have good domain over the english languages, in order to prevent misunderstadings and escalating conflicts. From what i readalready, Chris doesnt : "sorry for my bad english as usual for years". What Chris did wrong, in my view, was insulting me, calling me ridiculous (in the game´s chat) and a kid here in the forum.

An MRc and admin member should be polite in order to be respected (like you, Simon, Max and many others have already been), that is why MRc is what it is.

the important factor is that we should treat everyone with the same understanding and a kick should only ever be used as a last resort and only for something deserving
