| So, I think it is time to file my application in and see if it gets support from those forum members who have raced against me and can formulate a well-informed opinion.
Formal stuff first:
In-game name / Username: Sainted / ymeshulin Age: 32 Availability: Active BL1 @ XFG: 1:33:57 Safery: consistently high 80's / low 90s as long as not getting caught up in intentional crashes Current other team memberships or affiliations: None
Country: Scotland Licence: S3 Favorite track / car: Rockingham Oval / FXR Reason for joining MRc: Senior admins seem to know what they are doing and are genuinely enthusiastic about LFS. I would also be grateful for admin rights, as I could contribute to policing the servers against extreme crashers or other indecent behavior. Expectations from membership: I take my online racing very seriously, and once I come up with a wheel, I am keen to further improve my skills and represent the team at organized events across the LFS world. -----------------------------------------------------
Why I think I shall be included into the team and given admin rights:
I am confident I know quite a bit about racing in general and code of decent conduct in particular. Being an aggressive and hard racer myself, I believe I can separate controlled aggression from opportunistic moves, therefore I am able to contribute to reviewing incidents and make reasoned judgement. Also I am occasionally quite decent on the track, so if required, I can provide advice and guidance to junior racers.
Why I think this application needs to be rejected:
I am currently serving a 999-day ban on another major server for public verbal abuse of the admins and another racer. Long story short, the admins refused to ban a desperate crasher (despite having replays and screenshots of the racer's actions) on the basis that he has been racing longer than myself. I have struggled to keep my composure, and unleashed a long-winded profanity-laced tirade against the admin in question, noting his hipocricy, favouritism and obvious homosexuality. :-)
Also, despite being 32 and able to pace myself on the track, I sometimes struggle to resist delivering a friendly nudge to obvious rough drivers. While never starting any mess myself, when I see an individual being particularly pushy and ignorant to other people, I use my front bumper to let him know he's not Jesus. ---------------------------------------------
If there is anything I can do to support this application, kindly let me know.

| Hi Sainted,
I would support your application even after your reasons against. You have always conducted yourself well on the MRc servers especially with the Monza issues on the forum and in game. I have had many hard but fair races with you. We will wait for other members input 1st but at the minute its a yes from me.

| Hello Sainted, I dont remember racing with you, but i trust Simon´s judgement and furthermore i remember complains about the lack of limads present in GTi servers, so it would be good to have a fellow member watching over it. And yes, you did well in the Monza issue So i guess its a green light from me | |

| Lol... now that's a funny application. "Why I think this application should be rejected"....lol, props for being honest man. Spoken like a gentleman. I'm also not sure if I've raced you before as I do almost only FBM, but I found your conduct here in the forums shows you have the right attitude. I trust you would not do any of the things you have mentioned in your application should you become part of the team, lol. This conduct is not acceptable to us, including using your bumper to get even with "rough" racers. Saving replays and bringing issues here is the way to go, as you've done before. Stay respectful to people in servers regardless what happens. As limads, we have the tools to deal with problem people, we don't need to have word wars, just give fair warning. Like Paulo, if Simon vouches for you, I trust his reasons, so don't let him down should you get accepted. Just one thing though, for me, safety rating means a lot, and this is only my opinion. Your safety rating is ok, high 80's/low 90's, but I feel that admins should be able to easily maintain mid 90's in whatever field of racing you're into, again, just my opinion. So if it's true there are a lack of limads in the GTI servers, then I say why not give him a shot. | |

| Sainted its looking good so far I will leave the topic open for the weekend incase any members have not seen it yet.
But as Allgonosho said don't let me down as im sure you won't if accepted you must act as an MRc team member. As other members know I will not hesitate to ban & remove admin who cause issues within the team.

| Simon, guys, many thanks for your support.
I know not all of you have raced with me - being a keyboard driver, the number of cars I can drive properly is limited, that's why I am only racing XFGs online.
I appreciate being accepted into the team, and look forward to contributing what I can.
