Requesting a 999 day ban (Facper - speedhacker)

Dear MRc senior members,

I had just joined [MRc] Formula BMW server earlier today, and I detected user Facper using a speedhack; his top speed in the replay was over 230 km/h just before I banned him. I did all I could and gave him 12h ban (highest one I can give with my rights lol). I think he should be awarded with 999 days ban, as this is not the first time he's been banned from servers, and this case is very obvious.

Bish this replay at the beginning sounds very like the fuel / hack issue we are discussing in the admin section.
