FBM S1 Knock out event

the endurance race would not be bad for FBM

I was thinking 1 week for people to qualify.

Then multiple 4 lap races on bl2

After every race the last person gets eliminated so the last race will be head to head for the win.

This means that the overall winner will have to survive multiple races.


If by some miracle more people than race slots are interested I will split the field.

Every one who qualifys will have a chance to race but the higher up you qualify the less races you will have to survive.

Put that info in servers too then ppl can find that easily
Will see who can beat Kode(its not me) and hope some good races.
Y idea is nice i like that

Will try and sort something out on Monday.

Could even to a points system and run it over all tbe demo combos but lets see if more than a few peopld turn up 1st.

I have promoted this event and number of participants is growing. Simon, have You established the race day yet?

It is likely to be next sat night I did not think many were interested could do with every one who will race postings here as many drivers have set a time but are not interested in racing.

To save issues with server slots I noticed that most people had at least S1 please post if it would effect you IE demo user if I make  the event server S1.

Time & date now in the !events on server also with the password.

Server is now S1 so more slots not that we will need them I will probably be sitting on the server on my own but lets hope for the best

The tension on the server was real, everyone seemed the forgot how to drive a car 
I have made a request for the next combo to Simon so let's see if it gets approved.

server is set up for practice now then

8pm UK time 1 hour Qualificaton 

9pm UK time kick off

Hope we have at least as many drivers as blackwood hopefully more.

I will also post a league style table with points for each week and a running total

simon do you the replays as i have a script/program which will give race stats and plots diagrams ect


im on holiday for a week but have brought my pc but the only thing i couldnt bring was my wheel

Anyone have sets to this FE2R track? got only wr one

I tuned trusty BL set for this track  I think it feels nice and got +0,5s from wr with it. Grab it HERE

I'm sure it includes rockets 1st flying las i was 1/4 of a sec up and close to a second quicker when I left the server.

is there an event race today

Same as last week but on the BL1 track 9pm gmt if anyone turns up.

Few regulars are unavailable this week so maybe some easy points for others.
