Forum and Airio are not linked.
Forum you need to add them to the members group then assign them an admin group. Then in the admin panel select a rank in the drop down menu.

Airio is a pain I will add fox to that later.

I will leave you to try to change his forum status but let me know if you have issues.

I used my phone and as normal cocked up.

Team Owner not sure for how long work is really taking up my time now.
