tzumotto ... is this offence worthy of a ban?

Today i was racing on FBM server, the guy named TZU (username tzumotto) touches Audi on start, Audi votes to kick him, i vote too, the guy gets kicked right away (do i have some limad rights?).

TZU comes back and start using some ugly romanian words with me ... i'll transcribe all here and include google translation:

TZU: da-va-ti in familia voastra (will give you in your family)
TZU: mrc helmet muie (MRC helmet blowjob)

me: TZU, i think you can expect a ban

TZU: ma cac in banul tau (I shit in your money)

me: not a very nice think to say ;-)

TZU: mc helmet, do you know romanian?????

me: no, but i can use my head ... google translate is your friend m8

TZU: translate this ma-ta e o pisatoare (translate this Your mama is a ground)

me: (i sort of got tyred of checking what he says): it can also suggest mistyped words ;-)

I don't like people cursing at me in any language. I think it deserves some sort of a ban.

I also see that MRc tag makes you a target and because of that i'd ask to get a permission and ability to kick or short term ban people who start being rude.

absolutly BAN...i am romanian and his language is very offensive...sorry for if is not my place to post anymore,but i still care

il check what level limad you are and change it to a level that enables you to kick/ban if its not already set to a such level.
When someone starts to give abuse tell them they are breaching rules(number 3 i think) and that if they dont stop right now then they will be banned..
when ive had stuff like that said to me i first try and play it down,if they say to me "your mother is a whore" i just say damn you know her well,is that you dad)..but we are not here to take abuse and if we started firing abuse like that at someone they would have the biggest whinge.

in all honesty after watching the 1st replay id say it was audi at fault for the accident..and the tzr guy held his line to enter the bend..it still dont excuse any abuse he gave.
I got to admit when people do what audi done it does get on ones nerves..
Ive seen so much of it from racers over the past weeks and in all honesty its the faster racers,its like a well im faster il overtake at any risk and if we crash its your fault attitude.
Ive got a site with lfs good guide to overtaking and even though most of its common sense it shows people what is clean and what isnt so il make a post soon with it

helmet22 was accepted in the team last week or week before so was at limad 1- ive took him to limad 2 but must stress to him to check the replays and have a think about who is to blame for a situation and not make a decision on just one being a good racer..i definitly say in the 1st replay that audi was as fault.,,

its funnier when someone says something about my girlfriend to try wind me up on the server..the best one i came out with to shut them up was " i keep having problems at night telling the difference between my girlfriend and my dog,, then i realise how daft i am and that its obvious-- my girlfriend is the hairy one"

My apologies for the wrong decision. I thought new members get limad status after weeks or even months and after they specifically asked for it. I made mistake of not checking replay. Since Audi very rarely complains (votes) i assumed he was in the right and voted. I was quite surprised at result that TZU got kicked right away.

On that note, now that i know my vote counts more than it did, i understand i have to check replays before making any decision. Also now i can use warnings and similar ... without ability to enforce them that would be kind of pointless and would just make people angry. For example: you warn some troll 10 times for not spectating but you don't have ability to kick them. It would quite understandable make other players angry.

Bish, i have a lot to learn from you. Amazing use of humor.
I usually try to deal with such stuff with humor, but it annoys me when people use the language barrier as a shield and try to insult you while hiding behind it. It seems pretty cowardly to me.

m8...you didnt do wrong....anybody who talk like that in servers should be banned...that s why i sugest some weeks or month ago in servers to use language...see 2-3-4 guys who talk in a language who we didnt know and its rood to other racers...when they download LFS is english there....i just stand for my opinions...english mandatory on servers....ask a guy...hey...why you crash?...and he respond like this....))..good pass,good race...wtf is that...how you can deal whit that?....should waste 10-20 minutes to do a replay whit some crackheads and waste another hour for posting this?....hell no....

any member should have a mandatory power over crashers,tweekers,bad talk and all...if a racer come on forum and prove a limad/supad did wrong its ok..head of this team is gonna take some action

no worrys helmet22 its easy to make a mistake on the cause of an accident,,but he still gave you abuse so it justified it in the end to kick/ban..you do a good job mate and we are all still learning..one piece of info il give is you will find that some of the time its a fast racers imapatience that causes accidents because they are used to just go go go and not used to people being in the way..as i always say if you overtake before turn 1 then your basically going to drop back down a position after you exit the chicane because they just get the draft on the straight and gain a good lead
