Racer Error403 racism

hello guys i got a message about a racer of whom had decided to start making some very racist remarks to a couple of our team members,I wont write the kind of things said here as pen should never be put to paper with anything racist or against someones culture.

Its not the first problem weve had with this guy,ive banned him for 999 days for the reason of racism in any shape or form is a lot worse than what hackers/cheaters do so i feel its right to have a zero tollerance on this kind of incident and show no mercy.

The one important thing i love most about MRc and Lfs in general is how people from so many countrys and different cultures can work and be as one with no predjudice..

I live near oulton park race track which host things like the british touring car championships and British F3/British GT Championship also the British Superbike Championship,but it lacks a really good rally track,they have one but its nothing special and is used mainly for people paying for track day lessons..If rally was introduced more there i would be even better
An international gold cup which attracted many Formula 1 teams was even held there going back to sometime near the 1950s with stirling moss winning the cup 5 times

We have plenty of demostrations here which is rare to actually attract bad violence on a big scale,our most recent riots was actually caused by teenagers using things like twitter and facebook, but still no real violence it was mainly the looting of shops and few cars being set alight

for me the last worst riots were the toxteth riots in the year i was born 1981

The only difference i could spot was that the english police wasnt dressed up like they were going into battle .lol
I dont know if its the same in most other countrys but for example if a member of our armed police force shoots an armed gunman or bankrobber - they have to open a big investigation into which they decide if it was necassary or not ,i dont think ive heard of when this has happened but the armed officer could be charged with murder if it was decided that they shot them unlawfully..in recent years the offender has probably more rights than the police..

Same here in Spain but things are changing bit a bit to give more rights to the police, well i think not only here, in all of Europe...

Since our ex-primeministers wife lobbyed for and introduced more stricter human right laws here things got silly..for example - a burglar breaks into your house and cuts his hands open on glasss or nails put up on walls for protection he then sues the homeowner- now using such protection is not allowed..another from a few years ago - a farmer had thousands of pounds worth of equipement stole over a period of time by a group of travellers,one time he catches them in the act and is threatened so much that he fears for his life..some time after they break into his farmhouse he fears for his life and shoots one dead with a shotgun he legally owns- result he gets sentenced to prision for the killing

The ancient egyptians showed signs of great intelligence and built things that were well advanced the times and also knew a lot about stars and different formations ect...
Also on the flood planes they noticed the difference in the fertilty of the soil after floods and then introduce the idea of irrigation,,farming genius's of there time

Yeah i sure would love a time machine- i tried copying the car from back to the future with m.j.fox all i got was speeding ticket when i hit the 88 mph
