due to all the differences in opinions we do not have comfirmed guilt here so the right thing in this case would to reinstate = unban him for lack of being able to prove it with out dout

As we dont have 100% reliable evidence about cheat I suggest unban. You know... 999 days for someone who maybe didnt cheat... that sounds strict

what il do is check all previous replays for races that he was in and see if any similar things- also there are plenty of times someone can use lag as excuse when they are infact using hacks

also with lag hits it seems it would still register as a hit on the racers car and should show a least a sign of a a little hit- most of the lag crashes ive seen send the racer flying off and auto spectated

I Saw that replay 3 times, That's not lag its speedhack, He use it in a Smart Way so i can suggest is NO MERCY FOR CHEATERS.

You know... cheaters mostly dont complain and asking why they were banned for 999 days. They know very good why they got ban

If tehre is one thing I'm sure of, is that this guy isn't hacking or anything. If he was, he wouldn't be at the back of the field all the time. Yannick is the most fair driver I've seen. He knows the rules of servers/championships/event pretty good and is against cheaters.

It's just not right.

first off which guy are you on about - if you mean Y.Lemmensthen i dont recall you racing that much or if at all on our servers - except it seems yesterday possibly- if you mean citius1 then hes been given the benifit of doubt and had removed- but is understandable that we had to ban until 100% he wasnt using one

in fairness weve unbanned him now weve drawn a conclusion and i stand by our right to ban someone if there is something that may be a hack until we have done any appropiate research - also in general because a racer wont use hacks on one server dont mean they wouldnt on another and the only reason it was thought it maybe could be a hack was because there was no signs of lag and no one seemed to state if someone was lagging - which believe me usually on the demo servers its something they go on about..

my way of thought is better to be safe than sorry - which is good when they are hackers but not so good when got wrong

Hi MRc team, my driver name is driftliftrblove and i hav just had my username 'stolen' yes 'stolen' on ur sever, i got the guy who stole both my user names and ur member [MRc]tom i think, and he told me to come here for help. I counted 4 usernames he stole and the guy who stole the usernames called 'tetsuya hibino.' and he was swearing with my username which i really didnt like and i was really annoyed on how he swore at racers the MRc drift server, so please help MRc team
