Look just before the end of straight what happens. After a hit with another racer, your front left suspension is badly damaged, but magically in the middle of bend it gets fixed and you keep racing like nothing happened.

the only reason i can think of is installing some xfg and xrg mods for honda civic and s14 bodies, maybe that could cause ?

But i definitely have no intention of using that and already reinstalled lfs

any suggestions?

and in the replay what happened to the person that hit me? he just disappeared?

With car mods you won't be even able to join server. There is autokick due JOOS - CAR error.

It could be damage caused by lag and then game corrected damage back after received missing information about car position.
This is often case when playing with low bandwitch through Hamachi.

surley still he would at least look laggy on the replay as is shown on the replay i posted or from what ive read it would show his car being a little jumpy - the lag would show on any replay other than his own

But il agree on this instance if you want to unban him swat - as it would probably be more soo that if he was using hacks then it would be like most people do which is use speed hacks

Maybe unban him now and if we notice it 2nd time, then ban. If he really using it, maybe this will show him, that its noticeable and he wont do it anymore.
