idea ?

1st and foremost , Mighty morning all o/



Would like to make a suggestion and leave it for consideration of all Mrc leadership in a form of a probationary Mrc team since the applications for the main team are closed and im pretty much guessing that its on an invitation status only atm.



The idea would be having a second MRc team with same tag just reverse the colors as a form of differentiation between the main team members and trials/possible new additions, or any other form of stating the difference , as ppl on the second team would go tru a X time of probation were their driving skills ,security % , general way of relating to others wile on an multiplayer environment , any other parameters deemed a requirement to belong to the team would be analysed and streamlined having as the goal making the jump to the Main team be it FBM/rally/ other or all modes but be a part of the community.

Would be a possible way of increasing Mrc notoriety and captivate more drivers, new and old, to race with your colors and also increase Mrc participation on all forms of events and racing modes with the increased numbers of ppl and get them servers full, as aside from FBM and a few Rally servers Mrc isn't seen much anywhere else , take into consideration that i only have S1 licence so the S2 servers are off-limits as of now hence this (probably wrong) perception so apologies if the notion is wrong.



Just a thought and although its a very, very long shot it might see the light of day id thought id put it into some lines and share it with all to at least get some Pov's on how/why can/cant it work as a project ofc everything and anything can be subject to changes if there's the willingness and its seen as a valid project on the long run.

hello kensel how are you, the main reason that we closed applications was due to the team having grown to such a large size already.. once a team gets too large it would become an unmanagable size and would cause complications else where..

With swats exellent work on a new team list and new system for future applications being done applications will re-open one day but id say once we got everything back in order

The idea was in a sense also of a guiding line for all who want to be better at whatever mode they drive having the end goal of joining the main team if "XYZ" stage of growth ,not only time wise but as a person/driver was reached , as a school of sorts if u will were MRc would have an active hand in forming new ppl, but glad to see that the family is indeed large and even more glad i didn't got shot on sight for sharing this pov =)

Idea is like make a "B" team of MRc. But who will manage them?
And... who from other teams will know that reversed colors in tag means that he is not 100% MRc member?
Its very hard to make it in reality.

I think that amount of members must have fixed limit because we could accepting members forever because there are always new drivers comming.

Every team must know their limits. I think that we know that limit already.
