Being banned of much time

Hello,My name is Andrei and I often race on fbm mrc race server.My problem is that today I have an freeze bug and missed the brake point in first corner and hit a racer in the back ,after that an admin checking replay and get banned for t1(didn''t mean what means) until 2015 ,I know it was my mistake and I'm sorry ..I race many times with admins and they don't have complaint of my riding style(mr tomtom often race).If u could reduce the ban time I''ll be more carefoul next time and close network programs.Thanks in advance! Hi Andreib,
I banned you for 999 days as you Hit me in T1 (TURN 1) and then you carried on playing not even say sorry to me, If you been playing long enough in the Server you know 1st you could have said sorry and 2nd you could have spec as our rules are IF YOU SPIN OR CRASH PRESS SHIFT + S but you didn't bothered at all.
I'll let other admins to judge what they see.

Yes I understand ,ussualy if i go out and will take alot to recover i spectate or pits but if I continue to reply fast I do it.Also I always say sorry but at the end of race,I am a keyboard user and if i press talk my gas is dropping,I see that u wrote but I cannot answer and before u banned me i pull over to say sorry (can check replay)but was already banned.I'm not bother for banning me ,i'm bother that the time will have to stay over.Thanks!

Next time If you think you can't brake just spec as soon as possible.

ive marked as solved - it is always best to to say a quick sorry as it then can show that it was possibly none intentional - id think the same if someone crashed into the back of me and didnt show in any way that it was unintentional

yeah no problem mate-he is a newer racer who is learning,but if he broke rules or was unfair then he should face the consquences

i only give hackers 999 days, otherwise 2-30days at max... depends how bad he crashes and acts

well if it was a t1 killer then i dont think it wouldve been so strict, for the following reason. 9/10 times they have about 20 other accounts each they use for ruinning races by t1 killing. but as i say in this case its unclear whether was t1 killing or not

yes, in case of instant T1 killing, but as I read this guy crashed once because of lag. Sometime just can stop HW working and brake pedal wont work and if he got 999 days for this.... eww
In case of repeat T1 killing, then longer ban is acceptable.

yeah it was unclear when it happened because he gave no indication of it being lag and thats why i advised that just a quick sorry can give a sign that it was unintentional.

So if I want to be smart T1 killer, just need to write "sorry" after every crash and everything is OK?
How easy
I can to it every lap and just say sorry and never get banned.

well thats down to when checking replay to see if any signs of lag or if anyone was connecting to the server at that time or disconnecting then its down too your own decision,making a ban should be based on these things together and not alone..all common sense really
