Ban without reason

I have not had chance to view replays yet but from your language in the chat log there is a very good chance the ban could be extended.

 I will hopefully get a chance later tonight to find the replay.

After reading log files in just 5 days you were kicked over 50 times for bad language I will be increasing the ban to 10 days.

You have been given at least 1 warning by an Mrc member in that time

as stated above by simon. Your swearing/cursing was beyond an acceptable limit. You must understand that quite a majority of racers are children and we must do our best to provide a calmer more friendly atmosphere for all

Admin MRc Alper banned me because other player hitted him in the back. And this is reason why I banned. Admin Alper is incompetent if he cant check replay before ban. And Before you was banned me for 10 days you  should see my rt. Yesterday at morning i had 15% When Alper was baneed me, i had 40%. As you see i  sttoped with bad language.

15% or 40% either are both extremely low for a driver who can lap in the 1.12's I would expect 75% plus.  I would be embarrassed to post my rate on here if it was aslow as 40%.

     A little advice, just follow the rules dude. As you know, MRC servers are very busy at times and remember, without the admins, it would be just another "free for all" server like some others.

     When I warned you about swearing, I literally could not understand what you were doing, it is one of the major rules in the server, but you kept doing it anyway until I decided to warn you, like you have no clue what the rules are, or don't care. Not a good sign for you. But even then you didn't exactly stop, another day it took another racer to tell you that you had just been warned "NICELY" by an admin and that you should listen (thanks "smoking mousedriver" Good guy). Technically, I could have just banned you right away for the cursing, and trust me, I have done it to others before. I find it a little insulting when I am clearly present in the server and people disrespect the rules, for me, it is disrespect to the admin who is there watching you as well. I don't take being disrespected too well. I did not disrespect you, even though you were cursing left and right, I asked you nicely to stop, didn't I?

    Lately, in case you didn't know, the MRc servers are under attack from crashers/hackers, so tolerance level is a little lower than usual. I do not always check a replay to put a ban on someone either. I find sometimes it is pretty clear why I decide to ban someone, no replay is needed, that's why MRC has admins present, and why there are rules everyone should read before racing. When I see others complain often of a specific driver in chat while I'm online, or are always trying to start a ban vote on someone, first thing I do is check the Pb time and safety rating of that person to make a decision on the spot for the sake of the others. A low safety rating like yours definitely does not help your situation because it directly reflects how you conduct yourself in a specific server, whether you think so or not. If you consider yourself a good racer, how is your safety so low? A low safety like yours tells me you make contact with others too many times. Don't get me wrong, everyone makes contact here and there, including myself, but yet I can manage to hold a 94%-95% safety rating, and for a long while now, even with noobs online who tend to bump me often, which is the only reason I don't have 99%. I have to say your stats make it hard for anyone to defend for your case. You should really start working on getting your safety rating back up to a respectable level, then maybe you will have more of a chance to survive ban decisions. 
    
     Also, pay attention. When you did something wrong and then you see an admin type "!rt" and "!tm" in chat, more than likely they are checking on you. Remember, none of us know you personally, we only have the server info and your conduct to judge you with. Never take it personally, because if a server is full with many racers, our only interest is that everyone gets to race without being taken out by others or insulted, whether intentional or by noobiness. To me, when people ram in the back of others, there is no excuse, we all know full well the person in front might brake sooner than you, and it's just too bad, we have to deal with that and brake accordingly. Also saying "SORRY"  works well and could actually get you out of a ban decision, and is also a server rule, but some people do not acknowledge what they did. I too get really frustrated when someone hits me in the back on braking, especially for first turn, or makes a bad decision to try to cut me on the inside of a turn with no chance to brake in time, there's NO EXCUSE, if I am in front, you'd better be prepared to brake and not ram into me, we all know we are braking there. If real racers drove like that, there'd be no cars left in the race by the end. MRC takes pride on how the servers run, we want good, fun, competitive racing which simulates the real thing as much as possible. I have met many racers online now, and it is super easy to tell when they are good, respectful racers, I am the first person to try and help anyone to become a better racer if I can. Many have asked me, and I have trained many up till now who are now in the 1:12 lap times. But I do not tend to want to help someone who shows lack of respect for the rules, other racers and especially Admin's.

   Also, if you feel like you were unfairly banned, it is up to you to come here and try to prove it was not your fault. When an incident occurs, you should try to save the replay yourself if you can, to back up your argument. you only gotta press '2', not hard.

   Like I said...... I am giving advice here, not complaining about you. I hope you come back and show that you are one of the good ones.

And if I did not write about it on the forum, i will wait these 12 H and would get no ban for vocabulary.yours action is illogical because I already punishment for the ugly vocabulary twice for 12 hours by the system, so this ban for 10 days is wrong, as also that I got banned when in one day with 15% made 40% Where is the logic? After my improvement you banish me ?? I'm sorry but your defense colleague Alper is ridiculous. Let simply acknowledges that too quickly banned me because not even looked at replays, which is his duty. And then without his ban for 12 h I would not have banned for 10 days

uuhhhh.... wha?     My bad.... I thought you spoke English. Translator good ol..... uuhhh.... I mean..... good ol translator...lol. (LMAO...funniest part is...only the English speaking people will get that..haha.)

 It's been so long since I've been kicked or banned, maybe since my first week trying LFS. Can someone remind me, does the message say "WHO" is the one who kicked/banned you when you're out? Or does it just say "you've been kicked/banned" kinda thing? You know, when you find yourself all alone back in the menu screen, thinking..."WTF?" Lol.

 I was actually racing with MRc Alper just today, for a good while too, and I saw no unfairness on his part. It's hard to believe he is just picking on you. Mind you, I am a 'kick' before 'ban' admin, unless extreme crash, cheat or insults, it's simple. I find a lot of times it wakes people up when they get kicked, and now, I have their attention when they come back saying "wtf?"...lol

The fact that you have had 2 bans for language and still continue to swear in my opinion backs up my decision for a 10 day ban. Perhaps when your ban is over you will think twice before typing.

The fact you have not been banned before is luck on your part as I certainly would have warned you then banned you the next time.

I did not say that he did it on purpose. I wrote that he should first replay. and the truth is that if it is not looked would get no ban.

You were originally banned in June 2014 (just over 2 years ago). You were banned for consistently swearing at our users, ramming them, cheating and refusing to read and acknowledge our community's guidelines. Furthermore you were incredibly ignorant towards the Limads who tried to help you. When you were banned you made another account, and another, repeatedly saying "If you ban me I will just create another account." and we rapidly got tired of your antics and deception.

after looking over all the log files regarding this i fully support the ban given. If you wish to connect a server then act like an immature child and keep swearing then being kicked and then reconnect and do the same numerous time then personally i would have given a 30 day ban.
We do not accept this sort of behaviour on the servers as we like to provide a friendly server for all ages to race on.

It makes it even more comical to use the topic header banned for no reason !, we have an old saying that goes "if you do the crime you pay the time" so if you willingly break the rules then expect to pay the consequences
