Thank you bro  means a lot to me. I think regular breaks will do the trick. Would also be good just as a warning to others to do the same, Sitting a desk for long hours makes the risk of DVT (deep vein thrombosis) a lot higher which can lead to strokes ect. Everyone here means the same as family to me and id never want anyone here to suffer such illnesses. take care mate | |
