I am banned from the server and i don't know why ..

Server : [MRC] Formula BMW

It's simple.

You and Panda Were banned for:

-Insulting me , calling me a looser when i was offline , checked via remote & server logs.
-Everything you guys talked about me in private messages.
-Attitude and insulting against a Mrc Member is not tolerable.

You guys were banned for 1 day , so your ban expires in 3h.

prasanth i banned you due to you disrespecting and trying to cause distress or arguements with an MRc member, which we cannot except at all. i expect all members to be treated with the same amount of respect and at which they will treat you with the same

Reason for talking like that:

Dear Admins,
Frozen was out of my tale. Once he was running a cruise server which was almost empty most of the times.However Universal Cruise (another cruise server, where i worked as a mod) admins got linked with him and joined him in the team.It was like a month, the server was going well. He had all rights in the server.(Actually he was hosting it).
One day he spoiled everything. He stole our insim and went off forever. About 1 year of the team's hardwork had gone away.

So, in my opinion he's not a gentleman and not a trustable person. My and my team's(old) advice is to take his powers off.
I was about to tell this thing to you guys when i came to know that he was given rights. But i didn't cuz it happened about a year ago and i don't know how's his attitude now.
BTW, This is the reason . And i appologize Frozen for insulting him "WITH IN" this server.

@ Frozen : Yes right i know that it's not related to MRc .
But i was needed to tell this here, so that my friends will understand me that i did not insult a "MRc member" but the one who stole our insim.

Another thing is that those were not complains they were just incidents and some advice only.I'm not going to worry if they don't take my advice.

I just don't want MRc to be spoiled and if u try to spoil it too, I'll surely do my best to take actions on u. If u really work for the welfare of MRc, its not my problem

shadow ive 2 things too add.

you cannot make acussations here that are irrelevant and nothing to do with the present time, secondly while you was at mrc you wasnt exactly perfect as no-one is perfect, secondly universal cruises insim has been shared by others for a while and it seems to have been released without any licensing as far as i can see, also there has been others sharing this, 4shared had it since june and theres others previously

do not throw accusations here unless there is actually some rule broken

Also the source code for uc cruise's sim has been shared for a while,so it would seem as it was either intended to be shared or the creator was silly and let someone have the source code. id say it was intended to be shared though

Yes i agree i was not exactly perfect and i'm trying to learn to do thinks very perfectly let's just say forgot about this whole topic and i wish to apologize MRc for my fault.

and as i believe this to have been fully dealt with and no futher comments needed here il lock the topic,i think in all fairness that mrc frozen should also have the right to request that the accusations either be removed or the whole topic to be removed, as its irrelevant and also as ive stated the UC insim that shadow mentions has been shared inclueding the source code for quite a while, and finally as it seems to be under gnu general public license it would make any accusation wrong and slander.
