Complaint to MRC saintd

I do not think it ever going to do it here but a friend to me complain about some admins (unknown to me, so I assume that - MRC rookies)
Here is one replay (oki now it was just Kick, but when he will be worse mood then it could also be a ban)

thank-you for the concern fellow member muc. In my defense if you view the replay and on my driver profile you will see laipneiks on the outside and el general on the inside. i dont know why my laipneiks choose to rush the overtake on the outside but it ended up with him taking a spin. i slowed down and let mr laipneiks pass but as u see he turned in very hard and he was clipped. im sorry for the kick but it seemed to me he didn't use any judgement in the overtake and turn or even his mirrors to see what was around him.. if he did he would not have turned in so deep and rush for the pass.However i'm sorry for the kick but next time use better judgement and the only mood i was in was getting rid of crashers because they were in that server causing havoc, i got tired of giving warnings over and over so i clearly explained myself that no more warnings would occur. if continue crashes occurs and rules arent followed kicks would be applied then baned.....saintd

ok, but watching raplay there can see that you have enough speace to avoid that aksident but you kick he.
Oki never mind that was my initiative to publish it here because i still think that you did it too bitter. On the other hand i understand you and i know how much crushers sometimes are in servers, but next time i suggest you watch replay or first give a warning like i do it when i drive in servers

ok thank you for the observation. if you read what i said uptop ... warnings were out the door because no one was listening and i am very easy with warnings , so the warnings became kicks... if continued to disobey they became bans.. i on the other hand didnt see any space because if i kept to the right i would have hit el general...so the entire thing was an accident waiting to happen because your friend couldnt wait to pass after the t1... how ever im sorry to the driver i kicked. there was however no need to insult me and call me a noob when he knows not what it is like to keep track and control a room with crashers....sorry again....saintd
