this appears to be a breif use of speed hack at 6:40 at finish line , no other indications of cheating as of this post no action taken but upon review I may have let him slip thru please take a good look, end of race . Apologies racer name wasn't in original post .I should have stated L R Hesting (Hesting1968) ,I was trying to get some things done and taking phonecall, been very hectic here very sorry.
