Complaint of A Limad - Unfair ban

hi. this is seth again, (new acc schuberth, ingame name same burnout)

 i have a complaint about the limad with acc name of "mihaipsam"

i joined tonight to the mrc servers to race for a while but this guy warns me to shift+S even though i wasnt involved in any crash. 

and here; in the last sector of last lap, (he started cheering for dido before, at the end of sc2, a fanboy limad) i gave dido enough room, but he turned left into me, we crashed and he went out, and mihaipsam banned me for absolutely no reason, it wasnt a kick, or warn, it was directly ban. i am not a newbie and have been racing in mrc servers for a while now, this guy came up lately, and evidently banned me. here is the replay; both warning shift + S for nothing and banning for nothing in the same replay

after that i logged in with my account seth, told him that i am going to report you directly to samix, he told me "please" and banned my other account as well. here is the replay of it;

could you please take a look? i dont think i am faulty, even if i am, i didnt deserve such a ban, if i was really faulty, a warning would be more than enough for me.

could you please take a look at the replays and tell me if i did anything wrong? i dont trust fanboys judgement.

The first thing i feel compelled to ask is why are you using a second account and your normal one, it could be seen as for malicious reasons,like causing problems with certain other racers, in the mean time ill dig the replay from the host and wil check but il be checking a few replays from before the incident so i can build a picture of how people was racing/behaving

absolutely. i have no problem with you checking the replays because i raced fair. i have now 2 accounts, as you know i have s.e.t.h, the one i won the champ with, then i used the code Sam gave me on Schuberth, because seth acc was confusing people (no dot after h) and i only used my second acc so that i would inform that guy about the report, hoping that he might back off and watch the replay and maybe lift the ban.

ive never intentionally crashed anyone so i have no problem with you checking the replays bish.

in that case ignoration means leave mrc/fbm/demo-servers, cause dido never drives something else. abusing limad rights shouldnt be ignored. so i see here no crying. in the 1st replay i cant see any reason for a ban or kick. bish said, that he will watch the replays before this one, so he will judge.

bish, are there any news on my complaint? because i know it was unfair ban, and the cocky limad is saying "please" when i tell him that i would report him... there cant be limads horsing around and banning as they like and saying "please" like a smart aleck? people must feel responsibility for every action they take as limad..
