Unfair ban

Hello, i'm a long term player on your servers. I play on it for more than 2 years. It was always one of my favourite servers in lfs demo, where you could feel the racing emotions without being embarrased by crashers. But today i was treated like total crasher and noob without experience.

I was playing at Formula BMW server for about 2 hours. I made a stupid move in a last of many races that i competed today. I and your admin/moderator RJ were on a fast straight. He was at my back and when he passed me i decided to go on his lane to use a draft. But i did it to early and i touched his rear wheel (i know that was in 100% my fault, and i apologised for this). RJ certainly felt it but he didnt crash. He just went away without any problem.
I stopped in a barrier near the track - so my fault - my loss.

I said "sorry" and i thought that everything is ok, it was my first time since long period of time when i had to apologise for a stupid move. I'm not a crasher, i like racing and i'm playing clear.

But then i saw on a chat message to me: "see you next month", and without any warning i got banned for a MONTH. Yes, month, not 12 hours as random crashers every day but for month, for a stupid move, first stupid for a long time. 

It was a huge example of abuse of power. It's strange because i was the fastest on track at this time. Fast drivers usually didnt make a lot of mistakes, we were restarting this race several times because of fact that some of players made a World War 3 in first corner. And it's OK. Everyone at the start of his journey with lfs did something stupid. But i'am a driver with 2 year practice. And giving me a ban for a month for one single mistake, which caused problems ony for me is very unfair.

I hope that you'll cancel this ban, because it's strange when a loyal player, with a some kind of reputation get a ban for a month for one single move, and a stupid crasher, which comes to server only to disturb others gets at most 12 hours ban.

Now y say y wanted to draft then lose y speed and go behind not just rear end me.
I have more than 5 years experience and thats not the point how much y have experience even those players do mistakes.
Yep 1 mistake is enough to give more than 12h ban.
It was bad move and i took it serious.

just want to say something, dont want to be a asshole but i looked up your lfsw stats(michal7273) and in 2.5 years only 7000km, that is really nothing and second lfsw says you only did 4 races from 11:41 to 12:11 so your 2 hours is not working for me

Before you disrespect drivers stats you might want to check the name as Rj's username is not the one you have quoted.

im not disrespecting anyone and not talking about RJ i have much respect for RJ and any MRC members, i reacted to michal because he's lying about playing for 2 hours when lfsw says he only did 4 races from 11:41am to 12:11pm. maybe a month ban was to long but after lying on forum i think its justified

Pirados don't you think you take it too serious? It is just a game, it was a random race. 
You didn't give me any warning, no instruction. Just gave me a ban for a month. Without any explain. 

I said sorry. My bad. My mistake. Sometimes it happens. I would understand if i didn't even apologise for this. But i did it immediately, so i know that it was a bad move. Giving someone a ban is to tell him that his behaviour is wrong but when he do something stupid all the time. He will never do the same if he drew conclusion. For the years i played on this server i learned a lot about track behaviour. I knew that was bad move, and i don't have to get ban to know this. Your decision is for me ridiculous. What will you do if my sterring wheel will disconnect, or i will have a lags? You will give me a ban? You said nothing to me. You even didn't want to hear my explanations.  You just used your power to ban me. It's not right. I think other admins won't do that. 

Now you should ban all the players on this server because every single racer in his racing hours will do something stupid. I think you did it under the influence of emotions. OK. But now i think you know that maybe your decision was a little bit to serious.

Seriously? 12h and a MONTH it is a difference...

I'm here not to cry, and come into admins ass, pleasing to unban me. I think a month is a very harming judgment. 

All you have to do is to click in a proper button, and forget about this situation. We are not a machines, we are humans. Think about it.

Ok, i hadn't been playing for 2h. Oh no, he is lying, ban him...
This is proof that he is a crasher etc.

Guys, please dont cling to words. I've played a Project cars before LFS and i didn't know exactly when i launch LFS. It isn't the most important fact in this discussion.

hehe its ok simon my English is not always the best. 
and for michal its hard to trust if you lie already about such a small thing, at least for me.

what is being stated that it does not bode well for ones credibility. Also looking at the stats on your account i would say that your account is not your primary account as your distance driven since 2014 is very very low and is suspicious
