[GD] Team nickname abusing on MRC server

Hi!
I would like to write a report on abusing our GD team nickname by user hlg1234. I was asking him to change his nickname but he wasn't listening.
So that I would like to ask for banning him because of his inappropriate behaviour.

Hmm...as MRC Members we have to prevent abusing MRC-tags on our servers. It's taken very serious.

Abusing other tags is out of our business. Don't get me wrong, I believe you and would say something if i recognize it on our servers.
But I do not think that we have the justification to ban that behaviour.
