I`m on your servers for a long time now, almost every day and I do have rights to kick people out but...

Recently, most of the time I am the only admin online and there are bunch of crashers and I would like to get a privilege to ban people... so please, think about it...

I've put you Limad2 and is true that Limad1 can not do much except kick.
