Unfair ban

Hello,
Yesterday, I was racing over at the MRC Formula BMW Pro server when I got banned for a few hours. I initially didn't see I was banned, thought it was a kick and I tried rejoining, so the time jumped up more. I gave up and went to sleep, woke up and tried entering the server again, only to notice that the ban has been prolonged to 6 days.
I understand the ban increasement, I am not protesting over that. I am protesting over the ban reasoning in the first place. I saved the replay that caused the ban and I the explanation of the moderator that banned me is also there. So:

It's lap 1, race is just starting, I am sitting in last position. I take the racing line into turn 1 ( https://i.imgur.com/lu8ghFO.jpg) and the car in front of me goes up the inside of another car. Moments later, I cut back and take the apex (https://i.imgur.com/QujJu4F.jpg) while the cars in front of me are going slightly slower than me. A few frames later (https://i.imgur.com/pOTk1lH.jpg), I find myself in a situation where I'm taking the inside line of a slow car into t1 while still being on track. After that, the car in front switches into 1st gear, making it unstable and turning into me (https://i.imgur.com/GBvUQkk.jpg). I find myself staying on the inside of a car in turn 1 and the only thing in front of me is it's sidepod. I got blamed for irresponsible driving and banned.

I feel that the ban was unfair because I really had nowhere to go, got crashed into and took the blame for it.

I did see the account name Vettal get banned for 12hr on the Formular FBM yesterday (i think) not the pro server by simon. Not sure if you are the same guy.

I have kicked you a few times this week for your driving you are constantly diving and crashing other drivers out.

You have had multiple kicks for swearing yet you still keep doing it.

The ban was only for 1 day but you tried to avoid the ban by using a 2nd account so they are both on 7day bans.

I think that the last thing that I said before the ban was while talking with Pottas and a joke about dignity. I am pretty sure that he is fine with that joke because we have talked before.

About the accounts, I am really sorry, I just switch between accounts for some servers because one of my accounts has been used longer than the other one and for some specific servers, but in a PC reinstall I lost all my remembered passwords so I had no clue what my registration was, so I made a new account. After some time of bruteforcing my own account, I finally found the pass and email so now I just use one of them for one server because I have a lot of progress on it and the other one for whatever. Sorry if it seemed like an attempt to avoid a ban.

Driving wise, I have been making stupid mistakes recently, but I don't really think that you have kicked me a lot of times during the week, but I might just not have a good memory.
