Problem Formula BMW

I'm having a problem with it's map BL historic plays me changing speed while driving, only happens on this map i tray change setings and  reinstalled game and did not help

hi mate ! you have a good graphics card, try looking in the game settings, to see whether the game card?

those inside my red square are demanding on your gpu especially texture filtering and full screen antialising(spelt wrong i know) , Also known as AA and AF .
Also the the dynamic reflection on cars can also be demanding
