Complaint on Sirmais

Sirmaisban one player for crash..... for t1 killing.... then one player send message: kick then ban = rule... Sirmais ban him.. without Warning or kick !!!!!

Well, that person that got banned was me...

I will tell the situation:

I came to MRc rallyx, he was already there. It was almost epic ban rage. I spectated his car so i could see what was going on. Everyone who hitted him slightly (NOT on purpouse) got immedately a ban for 12 hours. When someone with a xrg spin in front of him (he was doing a warmup lap for a hotlap, like wtf care), immedately a ban. Everyone who said something about his behouviour got a ban. Then i said rule for admin is first kick then ban, and i got banned....



I dont know what you all do to someone who abuses their privilege, but please do something about it, its also bad for the image of MRc.

We have from today automatic replay saving in progress, so we probably should be able download replay with mentioned situation and look on it closely. We will also check server logs.

As you saying in 1st post... it happened 20:50 UTC +1 on MRc Rallyx, right?

We will investigate it.

little information, currently rallyx is hosted by 500servers and we have no possibility to connect us to control pannel that allows us to download the replays.

We must wait that this problem is solved with 500servers then we'll see what's we can do.

First i want to thank you two that this is being taken serious!

Only thing i wanted to say is that this was not something between RG II en Sirmais, sirmais reacted this way to everyone (banning) who said something about it. I have read the topic about RGII and that his actions are a bit 'questionable', but i guarantee that he is speaking the truth about this. It happend i think around 20:48-20:49, if anyone still questions for me feel free to ask!



I will wait for the replays and the admin's verdict!

We still have hosted some servers on 500servers?

It means that replays are stored, but cannot download them at this moment?
Btw, where are hosted other? ...Im little confused now, hehe

Rallyx and Elite GTI are hosted on 500servers

Sirmais did not BAN players, he kicked both. And 1st driver was not kicked for T1 killing, but only for small touch of Sirmais car.

Sirmais behaviour was exagerated in some cases. He also used bad language to RGII. Theuserswa did nothing bad and was kicked by Sirmais just because he said how rule should he follow.

Sirmais was crashed by slower car, but only very little (you can see on replay). I dont really think kick was needed, moreover without any warning! He wasnt even lapped car or something. RG said him that he should follow rule and asked why kicked Theuserswa. Final answer was "f u ok" (fuck you, ok).

Sirmais was warned for his bad behavior, and I thank MA.X. to have talk with him.
Now that Sirmais is informed, the next time , it will have no chance and will be put out of the team (or put limad0).

For me; problem is solved It makes me happy too see that your team takes something like this very serious.

But im almost 100% sure that i got banned instead of kicked (maybe it is diffrent speach for each country? I dont understand Slovak xD ). I wanted to rejoin but it said 11:58 to join blablabla like that and im sure that only happens by a ban. But i have no proof of that, but is doesnt matter. But others got banned, otherwise i would never have said first kick then ban.

You're right, I was not checking server log. Both drivers was banned through Airio, which LFS show only as a kick, and Airio do not allow driver join back to server. Thats why in server chat show only kick message.
