| Depending on how slow he was going .
30.13 At no time may a car be driven unnecessarily slowly, erratically or in a manner which could be deemed potentially dangerous to other drivers or any other person. This will apply whether any such car is being driven on the track, the pit entry or the pit lane. In order to ensure that cars are not driven unnecessarily slowly on in laps during and after the end of qualifying or during reconnaissance laps when the pit exit is opened for the race, drivers must stay below the maximum time set by the FIA between the Safety Car line after the pit exit and Safety Car line before the pit entry. The maximum time will be determined by the race director at each Event after the first day of practice but may be amended later in the Event if deemed necessary. The time will normally be based upon 145% of the best dry P1 or P2 time
if he was going much slower than required by someone with his PB time then thats too slow, did anyone check to see what he was doing prior to the incident.
1, had he crashed or spun 2, had he been waiting for someone to hit him 3, had any of his other laps shown him being faster/slower on them laps
These are the main golden points when assessing such incidents, replays can show at times when its premeditated

| He had 25.14 first sector and his best is 24.36 so I think he was not slow on purpose. But this particular case is pretty rare because he had only 20 laps driven total and we had lock off on the server.
More importantly this cleared up the policy how we should act in the future.

More importantly this cleared up the policy how we should act in the future. with only 20 laps id say 24-25s sc1 is fairly good and not slow. Such incidents are down to circumstances at that time so even though 2 incidents may be the same it may not be right for one but right for the other

| Its just down to experience I remember a few months back we had quali set on SO6 with the F08 with 10 drivers at times all doing different runs sone hotlaps sone fuel runs. No issues with quicker cars on a shorter track but we were all aware what others were doing due to experience with leaving space in traffic and moving from racing line when needed. | |

| the question is 'if he was in the same situation again would he now decide to move over for the faster approaching car' . | |
