I never tried to unban someone who is banned for a long time so it's probably right.
Only unban if someone gets voted for 'nothing', after I check replay.

I have talked with Airio developer and he told me what I said here. Do you want argue with men who created Airio? ... maybe in old version it works little different, but Airio is still developed new features and this is how it works now.
