South Bans the Magick Flying Donkey

As I see there he was unbanned by Sam. He was again banned by Cristina after that? It starting being a little mix of all bans and complaints....

yes he is just trying to make trouble,he should b permanantly ban from server and forum

Well, but must say, that it really wasnt donkey's fault. You crossed his line and he cant do much.
You can clearly see in BL1_race_3L_0R_0F_2.mpr

Donkey, question to you... you got your 1st ban for this? But afaik you were unbanned by Samix then, right ? Why you got your 2nd ban for 100 days?

probly cos he is abusive in the replays...i think cristina has those replays ill get them as soon as i can...and also i did not ban him for that incident i banned him because he was disrespecting bish,s advice on a few occasions

But can you confirm, this accident was why all that abuses starts?

for him maybe but i didnt really care..untill he was ignoring bish

i kept advising donkey to stop saying things like "this is the only life you have got" to south and other things that i cant remember and he continued to say stuff even after i warned him

in one replay he is shown to be breaking the blueflag rule and the one involving the incident clearly shows that donkey had a yellow flag warning so should at least slow as a precaution otherwise why have yellow flags..and thirdly if there was any dispute about his last ban why didnt he make a complaint then..it was two weeks ago he got the ban and hes not complained about it.surely even if theres a dispute about the ban he was under then the ban would still be in force until it was lifted after investigating,so he shouldnt of been there on the server

It would be better have here replays with that abusing. Have someone these replays?

no i dont have the replays mate but its still missing the point that he was banned and shouldnt of been on the servers in the first place

I didnt noticed some blueflag rule breaking as it isnt point of that ban and complaint in general. So I think its insignificant in this.

If you are breaking from 200km/h into corner... and some other car cross your line what you can do? He dont have space where to go. And South was on edge of track when donkey approaching into corner, so it looks as safe situation with free line. I believe that if someone else do same as south, he would be rebuked by admins why he didnt specdate.

I believe if he would make complaint on 1st accident showed on replay, it would be solved quickly without any problems and bans. Its always better post complaint here and let investigation on admins than arguing with admins on server and swearing on each other.

South called him asshole and threatened him with 300day ban too. I dont know what should I think about that.
I know only things shown on replays and dont know what happened other times. Its quite difficult to judge for me without more replay evidence.

ok this is an ongoing problem....not just this situation...if u dont want to believe myself and bish well thats ok allthough its very insuling from you....just hope you can deal with cristinas 3000 posts when she is back....good luck.....

for starters the blue flag has a significance because it shows that he dont follow rules..secondly yeah he couldve of specced and we only say shift + s when theres immediate danger to other cars but there was also plenty of warning with the yellow flag.and lastly he is still a racer thats banned from MRc servers and shouldnt be using them

wtf, I didnt say I dont believe you or bish and not insulting none of you. You are funny how you always think that I am against you. I dont get that sentence with 3000 cristinas posts.

I asked to some more replays to be able clearly show if we are right or not.

I can say for myself that 1st situation with crash wasnt Donkey's fault. What happened later I dont know, but maybe he deserved ban for that.

What do you bish think? Reject this complaint and let donkey's ban continue?

yes mate he was with another account he uses and was banned by christinaa22 at the beguinning of november,its defintley the same guy

so what was his original LFSW username banned before, when on replay he is using donkey636?

you would need to see christina22 as i wasnt present when she banned him,all i knew was what she said in the post

I checked banlist and I see only donkey636 banned for 100 days. I dont see any "Magick Flying Donkey" in there.
