wheel lock vs added mass

Dont mean to be a pest here but i seek KNOWLEDGE

have MOMO my wheel lock is set to 580---have tried 250 as some use/ i have noticed in some sets i have recieved from members of MRc added mass at 100% and some at 6% is this just drivers preferance?

what i have noticed is 100% mass + 580 wheel lock is good but at 6% mass + 580% not so good for me

100% mass + 250 wheel lock not good

6% mass + 250% wheel lock = good

to me --- i am lost here is it just driver ability and comfort or is there something else here ?

if its only the posistion slider thats been moved up and the one above is on 0 then it wont make a difference mate its only when the middle sliders moved up that the bottom one takes effect

ok what is your wheel lock at? and the higher the number the more you have to turn your wheel to make turn and less means less turn on wheel to make full turn in game right ?

hi mate if you mean the one thats in car setup that says the wheel turns 450 degrees ect then i think this is only to sync your wheel what u use to the movement of the wheel on screen..i may be wrong which if i am then someone will correct me

Ok well think i have found out what i needed to know:

set wheel lock to 270 deg wheel to wheel -took a few laps and didnt like it but i stayed with it now im use to it and has helped Rally X 3laps set new AB 1.09.04 avg time for each lap in race ---dont know if this is good but i think so and thats what matters and thx now i need to get consistant 1SC to 35.20 or better i do 35.36-35.27 and then the 2SC really dont know what a good split here is but i do a 33.55-33.62<-----how to better this ?

an ab of 1.09 is good mate..for tips on improving your sc's anywhere on track would be sam or one our other rally racers..sorry im not much help m8

just you responding to this post helps thx (now if others would to) with any tips that might help - have done 1SC of 35.18 saved replay and watching it over and over trying to see where i got this from to be more consitant
