is this enough to get one banned?

I got banned for no good reason in MRc FBMW server this morning or at least I think I haven't done anything wrong.

I was faster off the line than Tauromachia and when I was getting through he crashed into me (I shift+s'ed immediately) and got banned for that?
I know it's just a 12h ban but I think I shouldn't be banned at all

I just checked and you were banned by one of our limads il unban you now,i think hes acted on seing in from his view which would of looked like you pushed in but its only when seen from your view its obvious that the other driver hit you

your now unbanned and il speak to the limad involved
