Additional Information: I am sorry for no spec after the crash, I was mostly concentrating on banning the noob. I also yesterday saw him acting stupidly crashing other but I wasen't bothered reporting him as to not effecting me.

Clearly the user full speed crashed you on purpose.
Also he spins out , without spectating , showing a dangerous driving and a bad control of his car.

Due to his actions , he has been banned for 5 Days.

If persists a longer ban will be applied.

Only 5 days? I've seen players get banned 1 month for these sort of thing, not just he crashed me but he also evaded a ban (serious thing).

il look at the replay and see of how it should be dealt with, ive only just noticed this post due to a more recent one

He cannot evade a ban.

We can offline ban , so that's not an excuse towards him.

If you have more replays of him crashing you , post them , or wait for a 2nd decision to be taken.

I always liked to give a 2nd chance , like you would like to have at my opinion , that's why i decided and said that if the actions persist , a long ban in this case as you say " 1 month " , may be applied.

yeah its no longer possible to avoid a ban like it used to be, ive checked the replay and will lenghten the ban to 30 days which personally i would prefer it being 999 days as intentional crashers are not welcome, but 30 days will be punishment and then he can have the chance to race proper without crashing others on purpose and at which if he did do it again then id permantly ban him
